Nowhere is that truer than at Lilian Baylis Old School, where Sterling and co-coach Junior Williams are using the game as a tool to inject passion and discipline into the lives of youngsters in their community.
These are the Gamechangers who are making a real difference to the young people they coach. As Junior says, whether or not their players end up playing pro 'ball, the programme's real aim is to make good, honest people.
