We gave the traditional Manchester drizzle a helping hand by hiring a rain machine and a Phantom to shoot this online commercial for Nike Sportswear. Not that it needed much assistance.

Several hundred litres of rain later (only half of it man-made), our water tank was dry and our model had gone through every towel in Salford - but we think it was worth it. Trainers never looked so good. Or so wet.

Running. Jumping. Landing. It may sound pretty mundane, but film it on a Phantom and slow the action to a thousand frames per second and the result is some seriously stunning urban ballet.
